Live music downtown? River sunset tour? Or "GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL?"

Wilmington is chock full of exciting summertime events! Tonight is a perfect case in point. Residents and visitors alike have a choice of several offerings:  The Downtown Sundown concert series on the waterfront, featuring well-known cover bands.


Big Wooly Mammoth, a Widespread Panic tribute band, is this week's musical artist. 


Or cheering on the local soccer team, the Hammerheads:



The Hammerheads take on VSI Tampa Bay at 7:30 at Legion Stadium.


You might even want to cruise the Cape Fear River at sunset, gliding by the Downtown Sundown concert as you return from wildlife and marsh viewing! Check out the Wilmington Water Tours:
